Paris Office Project and La France Continue, a Franco-French Group that shares its passion for skiing and motorsport by highlighting “made in France”

Of course and meaning

The world of sport now occupies a significant part of the economic sphere, it is even one of the fastest growing sectors. The sports world is helping to energize our daily lives and fight against the standardization of our society.

Through the sponsorship operations that it has supported for ten years in various sports disciplines, La France Continue favors essential values such as talent, daring and French industry which innovates and wins. You don't need a long pitch to realize that the Alpine Elf Europa Cup ticks all these boxes!

Around France and the globe ...

At the start, there was mogul skiing, with which the involvement of POP (Paris Office Project) in sponsorship quickly took on an international dimension. Charles Franzoni, CEO of POP explains: “With the real estate company La France Continue and its business center concept Paris Office Project, located in the heart of the golden triangle in the 8th arrondissement, we first supported Guilbaut Colas. In 2011, he became world champion while winning the big crystal globe of the Freestyle Skiing World Cup. When he stopped his career, he introduced us to Perrine Laffont when she was only fifteen. We fondly remember her gold medal at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang but also her two World Championship titles in parallel moguls. Perrine is incredible: she has just won a fourth crystal globe and her very first title of world champion in single! "

An Alpine to spread joy

Speed, trajectory and controlled risk taking are three concepts common to skiing and motorsport. Thus, when La France Continue has the opportunity in 2018 to participate in the first season of the Alpine Elf Europa Cup, which aims to once again shine the crest of this legendary French sports brand, there is no hesitation.

The calendar for the 2020 Alpine Elf Europa Cup season has been turned upside down for reasons known. But in the end, the planned program almost came to fruition. The Autosport GP team, which carries the colors of Paris Office Project and La France Continue, had a breathtaking season: three of its drivers reached the top step of the podium, winning a total of six victories out of ten! In the championship table, the team managed by Gilles Zaffini took the first two places and the Junior title as a bonus. In December, Autosport GP set up a final trip to the Paul Ricard circuit for an Ultimate Cup Series endurance race. A relevant decision because Endurance is the discipline that best embodies the team spirit, a strong symbol for POP and LFC. At the end of the 4 hours of racing, Autosport GP placed its four Alpine in the first four places in their category.

Beyond marketing and results, it is the desire to give meaning to one's actions as a sponsor that guides the company. "Our group is family-run, Franco-French, and supporting Alpine corresponds to our corporate and sponsor approach. This is a great French adventure, with a high-end image made in France that brings together modernity and heritage. Paris Office Project and La France Continue have been involved in the Alpine Elf Europa Cup since the very first event in 2018 and still with the same Autosport GP team which has continued to improve. Here too we are dealing with a family business and we are happy to be associated with the splendid results it has achieved internationally this season. With Alpine and Autosport GP, the synergy worked beyond our expectations and our loyalty was rewarded. "

Many POP customers are fans of fine automobiles. The important incentive day organized in 2019 was a great success. It was to have a sequel this year, with three Alpine made available by Autosport GP. Another event was planned for the last round of the Alpine Elf Europa Cup in Portimao, immersed in the team. Unfortunately, all of this did not come to fruition, but it is probably still in the process of being postponed.

What about the future?

This great adventure will continue in 2021 to affirm an involvement in sport favoring passion, brands, French athletes… and the beauty of the gesture. The Alpine Elf Europa Cup season will include 6 international races and will start in Nogaro in the Gers from April 3 to 5, before going to Nevers-Magny-Cours from May 7 to 9, at Spa-Francorchamps from 18 to 20 June, Barcelona from September 3 to 5, at the Paul Ricard circuit from October 1 to 3 and to conclude the season, Portimao in Portugal from October 22 to 24, 2021.
