In the current context, it may seem complicated to organize a meeting in a closed space nor to find confidentiality outside your office while limiting the risks of contamination.

However, we have found a few places in the 8th arrondissement that offer pleasant, airy and calm meeting environments, to allow you to carry out your meetings serenely and intimacy.

How to organize a meeting in the heart of the business district without taking sanitary risks

Coworking spaces : a professional and qualitative solution

Some coworking spaces, like Paris Office Project, have fully privatized and secure spaces that are ideal for organizing confidential meetings or recruitment interviews, because not only do these spaces have all the necessary equipments (scan, photocopy, secretary, private office to isolate themselves ... etc) but also because they immediately adapted to the health context by implementing strict sanitary and cleaning instructions, regular ventilation of spaces and of course systematic disinfection of their offices.

Thus, at POP, we have adapted our large terrace of 150 m² in order to be able to hold open-air meetings, in peace and serenity (since we have limited the number of participants to 12). Located near the reception of the business center, participants are immediately greeted and directed to the terrace, for more comfort.

In case of bad weather, we also have a private lounge as well as a magnificent meeting / conference room of 60 sqm, both with large windows overlooking green areas or garden.

When choosing this coworking solution, be sure to select a human-sized business center (to avoid long corridors and crowds) with only private offices (guarantee of high-standard), such as Paris Office Project.

Private lounges and suites in 5 star hotels : a chic alternative

Another possibility : ro book a suite with terrace or a private lounge in a 5* hotel in the area. Indeed, despite the closure of the majority of them due to coronavirus, some hotels such as The Four Seasons, Fouquet's, Hôtel de Sers offer half-day, full-day or simply lunch rentals of their most beautiful suites, to organize meetings or professional interviews.

Some have magnificent terraces with superb views.

This solution is nevertheless to be recommended in the context of meetings with multiple participants, to avoid any misinterpretation from your guests. Moreover, it's best to have deep pockets because the proposed spaces are often very expensive (several hundreds or even thousands of euros for a few hours).

Private apartments : an original solution

Several websites now offer to rent luxury apartments to organize meetings. This very original solution allows you to surprise your participants, but also to get a relax atmosphere, which is an advantage in the current health context.

With a private apartment, privacy is assured. However, the lack of an on-site concierge service and accessibility to the apartments (collecting keys, schedules to be observed, etc.) are points of attention to be checked carefully before making a reservation.

In conclusion, the 8th arrondissement of Paris has several places that can allow you to hold your meetings in relative serenity.

Intimate and high-end coworking spaces are our preference in terms of flexibility, professionalism and organization, but maybe that is our DNA speaking !

Good research and welcome back !
